Returns & Refunds

At Clara Bea Essentials, we carefully check each package for quality assurance before we ship. Due to the handmade quality of our products, Clara Bea Essentials is unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders fulfilled accurately from the warehouse. 

If an order is fulfilled in error or does not arrive in a satisfactory condition, please contact info@ClaraBeaEssentials.com immediately to begin the return process. In order to be considered for a return for orders fulfilled in error or dissatisfactory conditions, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. 

If your package was damaged during shipment, you must contact the shipping carrier immediately to begin a claims investigation and notify us immediately at info@claraebeaessentials.com.
