Bea Balance is our most intentional blend and apoptogenic herbal tea crafted to support hormonal harmony and emotional equilibrium through the natural rhythms of life.

Ashwagandha and maca root anchor the blend with deep apoptogenic support, while chasteberry and red raspberry leaf offer time-honored nourishment for the hormonal system. Spearmint and lemon balm bring calm clarity to the cup, and red clover rounds out this warming, earthy blend with gentle botanical balance.

This is the tea for the mornings when you need to feel steady. For the evenings when you need to come back to yourself. 

Brewing instructions: Steep 1 tea bag in 8 oz of hot water (200°F) for 7-10 minutes. For a stronger cup, steep up to 10 minutes. Enjoy with honey or a splash of oat milk. Can be served hot or chilled.
